بیلی که گذشته سختی را پشت سر گذاشته، بعد از اتمام دوره اش در کمپ ترک اعتیاد باید تحصیلاتش را در دبیرستان دیگری در آن سوی شهر ادامه دهد ولی رقیب قدیمی اش کار را برای او دشوار میکند.

Two brothers: one a drug-dealing layabout, while the other is a hardworking "model son." When the one begins straigtening himself out by becoming a high school track star, the other is jealous and retreats into alcohol.
